1. Returns and Refunds for Coffee Products
Fresh Coffee Beans:

Due to the perishable nature of our roasted coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee beans. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your coffee, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may offer a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.
Ground Coffee:
-
Ground coffee is not eligible for returns unless there is an issue with the product’s quality or packaging.
